The Olney Big Band's mission is to promulgate and perpetuate Big Band music throughout the Washington, DC area. To that end, they support local school and community projects that carry forth that mission. The OBB provides this space as a vehicle to spread the word about Big Band music. If you know of a local event that meets their mission goals, please contact the OBB. Event descriptions will be accepted in text or pdf format. The OBB reserves the right to refuse any entries they do not deem to be conducive to fulfilling their mission.
