Come Dance the Winter Blues Away Lutheran Church of St. Andrew,15300 New Hampshire Ave Silver Spring, MD 20905 Come one and come all and dance your winter blues away. Join the Olney Big Band for an evening of dancing, featuring music and dances from the 30s and beyond. Dancers will enjoy foxtrot, waltz, cha-cha, mambo, rhumba, swing and more. A basic dance lesson will be provided at 7 pm for all levels followed by dancing to wonderful live music of a 17 piece orchestra from 7:30 - 10:00 pm. Admission includes the lesson. No partner or prior experience needed. All ages welcome. Admission $10. Children 12 and under $5. |
